This is a modded version of the ATI Radeon HD 3650 Version 11.11a performance Windows 7 64 Bit video card driver. It's to replace the outdated and unsupported FSC driver. The main problem is the hybrid video card and the fact that the BIOS doesn't have an option to disable the onboard video card thus each new ATI driver from their homepage cannot be installed or installation isn't working or powerXpress isn't working. I've tried DNA-Driver and ATI-modder to no avail. Installation: Download, unpack, setup and ignore the warning of unsigned driver. The full version includes the catalyst control center. I've uploaded a version without the CCC. To make a new driver yourself you can download a new driver from the official amd website and extract the display driver and copy it over the old driver. I can play Skyrim, BF3, COD MW3, LOTR-War in the north, Rage, Starcraft 2! I recommend to install the ATI tray tools.
